PLACING AN ORDER FOR PRODUCTS
By using the shopping cart feature on the Promise Keepers NZ website you are submitting an offer to purchase a particular product for the price notified—including the delivery and other charges and taxes—at the time you place the order. This order will be subject to the terms and conditions that are outlined here.
ACCEPTANCE OR REJECTION OF AN ORDER
In certain circumstances, Promise Keepers NZ may need to decline your order. This may happen if the product you have requested is not available. When we have received your order, we will confirm this via email. We will then also notify you of our ability to supply your order. This will be done within a reasonable period from the time you placed the order.
DAMAGED PRODUCT, RETURNS, REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
Nothing in our Returns Policy is intended to limit any legal rights you may have under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act or any other appropriate legislation.
Products purchased online can be returned, subject to the following conditions:
FAULTY AND/OR DAMAGED GOODS
Goods that were delivered damaged or faulty please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will arrange their exchange or return. If returned, we will refund your purchase in full.
Please note: When a refund is granted, we will refund the original purchase price via the method of payment indicated on the receipt. (E.g. if the purchase was made using a credit card, the refund will be made to your credit card account.)
