**Group Email Registration Notes

  1. Open document.
  2. Save to your computer giving it your Group Name - Do NOT Cut & Paste.
  3. Fill in saved document – Remember to save after! Hint: Look for red flags on each field for dropdown help. Extra instructions and Group fees are found in files at the bottom of Excel form (click tabs). To ensure you receive the discount rate, please complete boxes 1 - 5 before entering your men's data.
  4. Email your saved document to Promise Keepers as an attachment.
  5. For security reasons, please do not email your credit card number. A PK Team member will contact you for your details.

Note: This form is for Groups of 7 or more men only. Please provide contact details for every Group member or their future mail will go to the address you provided.

* Transition Event on Friday night is FREE entry.

Event Registration Terms & Conditions

SUPER DISCOUNT: Post-marked at least 8 weeks before the Event.

EARLY DISCOUNT: Post-marked at least 3 weeks before the Event.

GROUP DISCOUNT: 7 or more men. Group may also include Pastors, School Students, Tertiary Students and Partial Attendees.

PARTIAL ATTENDANCE: While it is preferable to attend the whole Event, the following options are available: [Fri pm] [Sat am] [Sat pm] $35 per session.

STUDENTS: School Student is school years 7-13. Tertiary Student - student ID is required. Both rates give full access to Main Event, including Saturday afternoon Electives.

TRANSITION (Youth Event): This is held on the Friday night and is free of charge.

TICKETS: Entry is by wristband only. One wristband is for one person and may not be swapped or shared with another person during the Event.

REFUND POLICY: Tickets can be gifted or transferred to a new holder for the current Event. In the event of sickness or family emergency, tickets can be transferred to the following year. All transfers must be confirmed through the Promise Keepers office. Refunds will be given upon application up to seven days after the day of the Event. A $25 non-refundable administration fee applies.

FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE: Promise Keepers sets the fees to recover the actual costs of putting on the Events. We want to ensure that all men are able to attend these Events. Please contact us if you cannot afford the full fee: ph 0800 PROMISE (77 66 47).

DOOR SALES: Walk-up registrations are available on the Friday of the Event from 3.00pm at the venue, subject to availability of seats.
