Peter Whaanga

Peter has a colourful history that led him to doing time in prison, and it was there that God powerfully touched and transformed his life. More recently, Peter has worked for a number of years with Drug Arm NZ, as a drug and alcohol counsellor and as the Wellington Chairperson and National Vice President. Peter’s passion is for young people who are struggling in this area and also for their families. He is also a gifted evangelist. Peter is currently involved in working with Crossroads Community Church. He is married to Dawn, and they have 10 children and 10 grandchildren. |
