You have the right to know whether we hold personal information about you and to received a copy of that information. We will comply with any request to correct that information.
When completing an online registration you have the choice of using our secure sever to submit your credit card information, using the strongest encryption available on web sites. If your web browser does not support such a high level of encryption, we recommend that you upgrade to a later version.
We send email newsletters to those who have been registered for it, and other emails from time to time. We will immediately remove you from our mailing list upon your request.
We do use email as a means of receiving feedback, and we encourage you to email us with your questions or comments.
If you send us personal correspondence, such as emails or letters we may collect such information in a file specific to you. If you submit a personal testimony then for publication, we may publish that testimony, including personal information such as your name unless you choose to submit your testimony anonymously.
Information is only used for the pupose for which it is collected. We will never give your personal information to anyone outside the Promise Keepers group without your explicit permission (such as allowing us to include your name with a published personal testimony). The Promise Keepers group includes contractors, such as mailing houses, who will need your postal address. Any member of the Promise Keepers group only receives the information to carry out their tasks and contractors are bound by their same duties of respect for your privacy. We only deal with organisation we can trust.
