How Promise Keepers Can Help Your Church

Since 1994 I have had the privilege of investing my life into seeing men become more committed followers of Jesus and more actively involved in the Church and its mission. I have done this because while men can be the hardest group to reach and activate in the Church, they can bring strength and incredible potential for good.

Promise Keepers’ high profile Events, where thousands of men have decided to focus more determinedly on following Jesus, is only part of the story. I am just as committed to seeing more effective Ministry with Men in the local church. This is where men live for the other 363 days of the year and where the process of discipleship takes place.

Over the years I have observed that churches can really struggle to do Men’s Ministry well. That is why we have devoted so many resources to helping churches succeed with men. Even though this is a substantial cost to Promise Keepers, it is essential that we work together with churches so that men move forward to grow spiritually and build genuine friendships with other men.

Often at Promise Keepers Events we can directly challenge men with specific issues they may be struggling with in a way is difficult in the church. The Promise Keepers GPS Event is one valuable tool you can use to see your men more excited and released to follow our Saviour.
