| Purpose: Assist with the feeding of Speakers, Musicians and other Volunteers at the Promise Keepers Event. |

| Commitment Level: Event: 1- 2 Days Friday 3pm approx – 9.45pm Saturday 8.15am – 9.30pm |
Responsibilities: Event: Work as directed by Hospitality Team Leader to assist with preparing and serving meals to Volunteers/Speakers |

Works closely with: All Team Leaders/Volunteers |
| Responsibilities pre-Event: | |
| 1. | Pray for the Event. |
| 2. | Recruit other Volunteers to help serve on the Hospitality Team. |
| Responsibilities during Event: | |
| 1. | Work as directed by Hospitality Team Leader to assist with food preparation for Dinner on Friday night, and lunch, dinner and morning/afternoon tea on Saturday. |
| 2. | Assist with serving meals as above. |

| Cost: | $8.00 (Volunteers T-shirt) Dinner provided on Friday, and lunch & dinner provided on Saturday. |
| Uniform: | Black or dark trousers and comfortable shoes to be provided by attendee. Volunteers T-shirt will be provided by PK, which you will pick up on arrival at the Event. |
