Event times: Friday: Door sales from 5:00 pm
Program runs 7:00 pm - 9:45 pm
Saturday: Door sales from 7:30 am
Program runs 9:00 am - 9:00 pm
Lunch Break: 12.30 pm
Dinner Break: 5.15 pm
Please Note: All times are approximate.

Wear your wristband for the entire Event, as it is required for entry. It is reasonably waterproof, so you can shower with it on (please!).

Is there food available onsite?    Groups are encouraged to eat together. Bring a picnic, BBQ, hangi etc.   Drinks and light food can be purchased at the Event.

Are there any parking costs?  Each Event has onsite or street parking, except Christchurch which has paid parking nearby. There are onsite parking charges for Auckland.

Where will Transition be held?  Transition will be held within walking distance or transport will be provided.

Who organises the accomodation?
  Promise Keepers does not organise accommodation. Think about utilising local churches, motels, friends and family.

What arrangements are there for special needs?  Men can reserve areas at the Events that are wheelchair accessible. Please pre-arrange this before the Event if possible.

Are there resources available for purchase?  Theme T-shirts, worship CDs, books, DVD kits and other Promise Keepers merchandise are available at each Event.

What should I bring?  Bible, pen, a friend and an open heart.
