Event times: Friday: Doors open at 5:00 pm
Program runs 6:30 - 10:00 pm
Saturday: Doors open at 7:30 am
Program runs 9:00 am - 9:00 pm
Lunch Break: TBA
Dinner Break: TBA
Please Note: All times are approximate.

Wear your wristband to the event as it is required for entry. It is mostly waterproof, so you can shower with them on (please).

Is there food available on-site?    Groups are encouraged to eat together. Bring a picnic, BBQ, Hangi                                                                   etc. Drinks and light food can be purchased at the event.

Are there any parking costs?

Where will Transition be held?  Transition will be held with-in walking distance or transport will be provided.

Who organises the accomodation?
  Promise Keepers does not organize accommodation. Think about utilizing local churches, motels, friends and family.

What arrangements are there for special needs?  Men can reserve areas at the events that are wheelchair accessible. Please pre arrange before the event if possible.

Is there resources available for purchase?  Theme T-shirts, Worship CDs and other PK merchandise are available at each conference.

What should I bring?  Bible, pen, a friend and an open heart.
