Event Terms & Conditions

EARLY DISCOUNT (where applicable): Time-stamped at least 4 weeks before the Event.

GROUP DISCOUNT: 7 or more men. Group may also include Pastors, Secondary/Tertiary Students and partial attendees.

PARTIAL ATTENDANCE: While it is preferable to attend the entire Event, where applicable the following options are available: [Fri pm] [Sat am] [Sat pm] $35 per session.

SECONDARY STUDENT: School years 7-13. Rate gives access to entire Event.

TERTIARY STUDENT: Student ID required. Rate gives access to entire Event.

TICKETS: Entry is by wristband only which you will receive at the Event. One wristband is for one person and may not be swapped or shared with another person during the Event.

REFUND POLICY: Tickets can be gifted or transferred to a new holder for the current Event. In the event of sickness or family emergency, tickets can be transferred to the following year. All transfers must be confirmed through the Promise Keepers office. Refunds will be given upon application up to seven days after the day of the Event. A $25 non-refundable administration fee applies.

If an event is cancelled or postponed, ticket holders have 14 days to request a full refund, minus processing fees. To request a refund, email: pk@promisekeepers.org.nz

FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE: Promise Keepers sets the fees to recover the actual costs of putting on the Events. We want to ensure that all men are able to attend these Events. Please contact us if you cannot afford the full fee: ph 0800 PROMISE (77 66 47).

DOOR SALES: Walk-up registrations are available from 8am Saturday for a one-day event, subject to availability of seats. For a Friday night and Saturday event, door sales are available on the Friday of the Event from 4pm at the venue, subject to availability of seats.
