It is good to have fellowship with one another in Christ as we strengthen and show our love with our brothers. As a Christian, it is like a constant sharpening of a saw to be more effective in our constant[ly] changing environment where our faith is tested every day. The first year I came I went home on a high but slipped back and my wife and I decided it wasn’t worth going back. But I got given a ticket so I went, had a great time and decided to get in a small group. There were none at the right time so I started one and kept on track. I have been a Christian since I was 8, and only now have I accepted I am a new creation. For years, since my childhood, I have considered myself an underachiever, and in my own strength I have been, but now with Jesus in the driver’s seat I am an achiever.  My wife and children have a new husband and father.  This Event has changed my outlook on my Christian life. SINGLE FOCUS

Single Focus was excellent – really practical and the panel of three men gave some really good wisdom and insight on marriage and relationships. Really well presented. Thank you Geoff Wiklund and Jim Hurn. Well done. Stevo, Queenstown

Really good teaching. I was meant to go to 18 – 30s singles group but ended up at the 30+ group accidentally but [I] highly recommend that, it was great teaching and having the panel of three guys questioned on how they met their spouse was great. Would even suggest that teaching for the 18 - 30 group. Chris, Wanaka

I have been to Easter Camp and GetSmart conference in Christchurch and others. Promise Keepers has also been a great influence on me. On Friday I walked into the auditorium and immediately felt the presence of the Holy Spirit. John Age: 15, Geraldine

Promise Keepers was quite an incredible Event. I could feel the atmosphere of issues being stripped off men around me. As a 16-year-old, this was quite powerful. Also, I got to attend the Transition breakout group for 11 to 17-year-olds. It was epic. The speakers gave great insight and empowered us to live legendary lives for God. PANELS

Excellent praise which promotes heart-felt worship of our God. The panels were honest, open and frank which gave real and useful advice and information. The speakers provoked key questions in my life which I need to wrestle [with] and seek Him for answers. Mark, Oamaru
