Event Registration Terms & Conditions
SUPER DISCOUNT: Post-marked at least 8 weeks before the Event.
EARLY DISCOUNT: Post-marked at least 3 weeks before the Event.
GROUP DISCOUNT: 7 or more men. Group may also include Pastors, Students and Transition.
PARTIAL ATTENDANCE: While it is preferable to attend the whole Event, the following options are available: [Fri pm] [Sat am] [Sat pm]
STUDENTS: 11-17 years or in full time study. If over 16 years, a copy of student ID is required. Rate gives full access to Main Event, including Transition, Stance or Single Focus breakouts.
TRANSITION ONLY: For young guys 11-17 years. Rate includes Saturday afternoon and access to Main Event Saturday evening session only.
REFUND POLICY: Refunds will be given on application up to 7 days after the Event. A $25.00 non-refundable administration fee applies.
FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE: Promise Keepers sets the fees to recover the actual costs of putting on the Events. We want to ensure that all men are able to attend these Events. Please contact us if you cannot afford the full fee.

DOOR SALES: Walk-up registrations are available on the Friday of the Event from 3.00pm at the venue, subject to availability of seats.
NOTE: Registration wristband may not be swapped/shared with another person during the Event.
